Family Literacy Day, established by ABC Life Literacy Canada in 1999, highlights the importance of engaging families in lifelong learning and literacy activities. Celebrated nationwide in schools, libraries, homes, and community centers, it offers a chance to embrace the joy of reading, writing, listening, speaking, observing, and creative expression.
