Moose Jaw Multicultural Council is looking for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is a direct supervisor to the front-line staff of the Settlement Services Department (RAP, Information and Orientation, NAARs and Case Management). Their role is to ensure the effectiveness of the Settlement Services Department by overseeing the delivery and coordination of internal and external programs, to provide support and training to new and experienced staff, ensure program reporting and documentation are accurate and timely, and deliver direct supports to clients in high-risk or high-needs situations or when team capacity is overextended.
The Operations Supervisor directly reports to the Settlement Services Manager.

Moose Jaw Multicultural Council is looking for a dynamic English as an Additional/Second Language Instructor to fill the part-time position in our in-person Evening English classes.
The teaching schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays 7PM-9PM + up to 1 hour prep time. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching a multilevel hy-flex (in-person and online) English language class, lesson planning, maintaining records and ensuring attendance, creating and maintaining student portfolios (administer PBLA in the classroom), student assessments, and preparing/submitting monthly/quarterly reports.
